Witness Testing

Accepting, verifying and measuring the system performance against the original requirements analysis and specific design specification, (SDS) is crucial in ensuring the system handed over by the installer, meets your needs and expectations.
Once a system is handed over by the contractor, it then becomes the client's responsibility; we will ensure that a comprehensive commissioning strategy is implemented, documented and undertaken prior to handover, providing you with complete confidence the system handed over operates today, and is supportable tomorrow.

- Review handover pack; identify any omissions in the commissioning plan, advise and recommend additional testing to meet original design criteria
- Undertake on site witness testing of system operation and performance, against agreed specification
- Report on non compliance against documentation and agreed deliverable, and respond to contractor queries on your behalf
- Guarantee adherence to standards, legislation and industry best practice
- Ensure handover of configuration data, software and support information
- Ensure measurable compliance for CCTV by insisting on test targets such as Rotakin or National Operational Requirements Mannequin, (NORMAN)
- Attend factory acceptance test, (FAT); report, document, certify and verify system against functional design specification, (FDS)
